JONÁS TRUEBA (Madrid, 1981) is the founder of Los ilusos films along with Javier Lafuente. He is the author of the films Every Song Is About Me, Miniatures, The Wishful Thinkers, The Romantic Exiles, The Reconquest, The August Virgin, Who’s Stopping Us, You Have to Come and See It and The Other Way Around.

JAVIER LAFUENTE (Madrid, 1974) is the founder of Los ilusos films along with Jonás Trueba, and producer of the films The Wishful Thinkers, The Romantic Exiles, The Reconquest, The August Virgin, Who’s Stoping Us, You Have to Come and See It and The Girls Are Alright and The Other Way Around.

LAURA RENAU (Madrid, 1980). She is a costume designer for film, theater, and television productions. She has been in charge of wardrobe for all of our films, and is also the art director for The Girls Are Alright. For the past few years, she has also been designing posters for our films and many other Ilusos materials, such as this website.

MARTA VELASCO (Madrid, 1974) She is an editor for many film productions. She has been in charge of editing and coordinating post-production for all of our films.

ITSASO ARANA (Tafalla, 1985) She is an actress and creator. She has worked in many theater, film, and television productions, and is the lead actress in The Reconquest, The August Virgin (of which she is also co-screenwriter), and You Have to Come and See It. She has written, directed, and starred in The Girls Are Alright. The Other Way Around is her latest film as a leading actress, co-writer and producer.

VITO SANZ (Huesca, 1982) is an actor and creator. He has worked in numerous film, theater, and television productions. He appears in The Wishful Thinkers, The Romantic Exiles, The August Virgin, and You Have to Come and See It. The Other Way Around is the latest film where he stars and co-writes.

FRANCESCO CARRIL (Madrid, 1986) is an actor and creator. He works in many theatrical, film, and television productions. He appears in The Wishful Thinkers, The Romantic Exiles, The Reconquest, The August Virgin, You Have to Come and See It and The Other Way Around.

SANTIAGO RACAJ (Madrid, 1966)  is a director of photography for numerous feature films and short films. The Wishful Thinkers, The Romantic Exiles, The Reconquest, The August Virgin and You Have to Come and See It, and The Other Way Around are the films he has done with us, taking care of the camera and the lighting.

MIGUEL ÁNGEL REBOLLO (Madrid, 1970) is an artist and creator, and has been responsible for the art direction of many film projects. The Wishful Thinkers, The Romantic Exiles, The Reconquest, The August Virgin, You Have to Come and See It and The Other Way Around are the films he has worked on with us.

LORENA TUDELA (Tarragona, 1983) is an assistant director on many film projects. She worked on the production of The Romantic Exiles and later has been an assistant director on The Reconquest, The August Virgin, Who’s Stopping Us, You Have to Come and See It and The Other Way Around.

ISABELLE STOFFEL (Basel, 1972) is an actress and creator, working over the years between Spain, Switzerland, and Germany. She appears in Los ilusos, The romantic exiles, The August Virgin and The Other Way Around.

EDUARDO G. CASTRO (Oviedo, 1981) is a film editor and sound mixer, designing sound post-production for all types of film and television projects. The Wishful Thinkers, The Romantic Exiles, The Reconquest, The August Virgin, Who’s Stopping Us and You Have to Come and See It are the films he has worked on with us.

ÁNGELES L. GUERRERO (Madrid, 1997). She is a film producer and production assistant at Los Ilusos. She has worked with us on The Girls are Alright and The Other Way Around.

M. Á. TRUDU (Cádiz, 1990) is a director and editor of many film projects. He has made the trailers for The Romantic Exiles, The Reconquest, The August Virgin, Who’s Stopping Us, You Have to Come and See It, The Girls are Alright and The other way around. He is also an actor in The Other Way Around.

CAMINO LÓPEZ (Valladolid, 1994) She is a screenwriter and playwright, has worked on fiction series, and currently works at Los Ilusos Films. She has a small role in The Other Way Around.

PABLO RIVAS LEYVA (Madrid, 1990) works in sound post-production for many film and television productions. He has been a sound editor for Who Can Stop It, and has worked as a sound post-production designer and mixer for The Girls are Alright and The Other Way Around.

PABLO HOYOS (Madrid, 2000) is a director of photography and videographer. He has starred in The Reconquest and Who’s Stopping Us. He has been DIT and the responsible for the making off of The Other Way Around.

ÁLVARO SILVA WUTH (Santiago de Chile, 1969) is a production sound mixer on many film productions. He has been in charge of production sound for The Romantic Exiles, The Reconquest,  You Have to Come and See It and The Other Way Around.

MIKELE URROZ (Tafalla, 1985) is an actress and creator. She has worked in many theater, film, and television productions. She appears in The Wishful Thinkers and The August Virgin.

LUCÍA PERLADO (Madrid, 1983). She is an actress and announcer. She appears in The Romantic Exiles, The Reconquest, The August Virgin and The Other Way Around.

IRENE ESCOLAR (Madrid, 1988) is an actress, and has worked in many theater, film, and television productions. She appears in You have to come and see it and The girls are alright.

SIGFRID MONLEÓN (Valencia, 1964) is a film director and actor. He appears in The Wishful Thinkers, The Romantic Exiles, The August Virgin and in The Other Way Around.

RAQUEL MARTÍN (Madrid, 1980) has worked with us as a production secretary on The Reconquest and The August Virgin, as a sound engineer on Who’s Stopping Us and as a sound editor on The Other Way Around.

MANEL AGUADO (Valencia, 1986) is a director of photography for many film and television productions. He has been a camera assistant and focus puller on The Wishful Thinkers, The Romantic Exiles, The Reconquest and The August Virgin.

CANDELA RECIO (Madrid, 2001) is an actress who has worked from a very young age in theatre and film productions. She is the lead actress in The Reconquest and Who’s Stopping Us.

AURA GARRIDO (Madrid, 1989) is an actress, and works in numerous film, television, and theater productions. She appears in The Wishful Thinkers and The Reconquest.

LARA BLANCO (Madrid, 1990) has worked on the camera crew of numerous projects. He was a camera assistant on The Reconquest and The August Virgin, and a camera assistant and focus puller on You Have To Come And See It.

PABLO GAVIRA (Madrid, 2001) is a musician and singer. He appears in The Reconquest and Who’sStopping Us.

CLAUDIA NAVARRO (Madrid, 2001) is a sociologist. She appears in The Reconquest and Who’s Stopping Us.

PÍA (Chueca, 2007 aprox.) Woofwoof, woof, woof woof woof  The Wishful Thinkers, The Romantic Exiles, The Reconquest, The August Virgin, Who’s Stopping Us, You Have to Come and See It and The Other Way Around.

MAURO MAROTO (Madrid, 1980) is a colorist. He was in charge of the color grading of The Reconquest, The August Virgin, Who’s Stopping Us, You Have to Come and See It and The other way around.

PERE CAPOTILLO (Salou, 1990) works in the production of numerous film and television projects. He has been a production assistant on The Reconquest and The August Virgin, and production manager on You Have To Come And See It.

SILVIO AGUILAR (El Oro, Ecuador, 1998) is a software developer and sound technician for different projects. He appears in Who’s Stopping Us.

ALONSO DÍAZ CARMONA (Arjonilla, Jaén, 1985) is a composer and singer. He appears in The August Virgin and The Other Way Around; and participates in The Girls Are Alright.

RAFAEL BERRIO (San Sebastián, 1963-2020) was a musician, singer and composer, author of great albums and songs. He participated in and inspired with his music and his presence the films The Reconquest and Who’s Stopping Us

LUIS MIGUEL MADRID (Madrid, 1960-2020) fwas a poet, playwright, literary critic, cultural activist and founder of María Pandora, a place of illusory pilgrimage. He appears in The Wishful Thinkers and The August Virgin.
